If yes, explain in detail: Used to troll when I was younger in the early 2010s, good times.

Rule Knowledge & Situations:
Answer clearly and in detail. Short or vague answers may result in denial.
1. A player is actively RDMing and disconnects when you attempt to deal with them. What do you do?
Leaving during a admin sit is a guaranteed day ban at least.

2. You receive a report of FearRP/LTAP but both players are arguing and claiming innocence. How do you handle the situation?
I would ask for more evidence, and if none can be applied, I would return them and spectate the players to see if future issues occur.

3. A staff member is abusing commands or showing bias. What steps do you take?
I would gather evidence and bring them to a higher ranked staff member and see what steps should be taken regarding the context of the situation.

4. Multiple active reports are submitted at once. How do you prioritize and manage them? I would prioritize any report that may impede on the wider roleplay experience such as MassRDM or MassNLR. Then work my way down to more complaintive reports such as simple RDM or FailRP.

Staff Mindset:
Why do you want to become Trial Moderator on our server?

I want to become a Trial Moderator because I would like to get more experience as a staff member on a server. I have always enjoyed Garry's mod and would like to explore more aspects of what it takes to maintain and operate a server. I enjoy the idea of growing and learning how to moderate as the server itself grows. I feel it would be a natural learning experience. I also would like to take the experience that this brings towards becoming a fair and respected moderator. I would be community focused and would care more about tending to the general roleplay experience without any overreach. So far, I have enjoyed the experiences I have had with the many people who play on this server. And I would love to be a part of a growing international community. I also want to become a moderator because I view it as a experiment for myself. to see what it's like on the other side of the gameplay experience. I am excited at the idea of learning new skills and meeting new staff members and players! I apologize for not reaching 300 words but thank you for your time!

What does being a staff member mean to you?
Being a staff member to me means maintaining a healthy roleplay experience that all can enjoy. which includes dealing with trolls, helping new players understand gmod controls, commands and tips, along with any server information they may need. being a staff member also means knowing the difference between people roleplaying and people trolling and damaging the wider roleplay experience.
How do you handle toxic or disrespectful players without escalating the situation?
I would first give the players a warning, and if it continued, I would either mute the players (if its vocal or text trolling) or jail/kick. continuation afterwards will result in a ban.
What qualities make you suitable for a staff position?
I believe the qualities I would bring to a staff position is an ability to communicate with players. My active commitment towards being fair and honest. My experience and hours I have with Garry's mod for the last 10+ years can be helpful for new players who may be confused with how this game works. And I have plenty of manager experience in the real world.
