Previous staff experience (include server names, ranks, and responsibilities): Co-Owner of sulfur gaming HL2RP, mod on another one which im failing to remember the name of, it was yeaars ago tho.
Have you ever been punished, banned, or blacklisted on any server?
  • If yes, explain in detail: I was banned once if I remember, it was on a MRP server and I didnt realise the KOS stopped being in effect and got banned for RDM for 48 hours

Rule Knowledge & Situations:
Answer clearly and in detail. Short or vague answers may result in denial.
1. A player is actively RDMing and disconnects when you attempt to deal with them. What do you do? - I ban him for two weeks for evasion + rdm combo. Perrma if he does it again.
2. You receive a report of FearRP/LTAP but both players are arguing and claiming innocence. How do you handle the situation? - I check the logs and see wether any of the rp was done there and wether any proof can be acquired, maybe ask the for clips if they made any. 
3. A staff member is abusing commands or showing bias. What steps do you take? - If i dont have powers over that staff member I start screen record and inform mr. Height
4. Multiple active reports are submitted at once. How do you prioritize and manage them? - Based on the severity of the rule break. I also ĺet em know in OOC that theres a queue but that theyre going to be listened out and helped.

Staff Mindset:
Why do you want to become Trial Moderator on our server?
  • (Be detailed. “To help the server” is not enough. Minimum 300 words.) - 300 words, damn I tried . Im having a good time on the server and want to do my part in keeping it fun but tidy. I mean there hasnt been a minute without a staff member on so far from what Ive seen lol but i sure and extra pair of hands is never bad. Ive been a part of a couple of communities and server during the past years, I like the hint of nostalgia on this one. Besides height, and whoevere if anyone else, seems to be trying to improve the server all the times and he listens to feedback. I feel like he deserves the help. I see him engage in rp a lot and hate to see him have to leave the group to handle a sit or someone stuck. I usually rot in my base or just run around watching the mayhem. Having the ability to deal with sits and help out players with minor inconveniences would lighten the laod on the big bosses lmao. Also it does look like fun to be a staff on a darkRP server. Those would be the main reasons for why I want to become a Trial Mod.
What does being a staff member mean to you? - It means i want to keep the community safe and happy. If youre asking what the position itself means to me, I dont really have an answer for you. Id be happy to have it.
How do you handle toxic or disrespectful players without escalating the situation? - 1. Dont get baited 2. Try to de-escalate 3. Move them away from the rest of the people 4. Mute 5. Kick 6. Ban all depends on the context of the situation tbh
What qualities make you suitable for a staff position? - I can keep a cool head, I try to be objective and always listen to both sides before making decision. I can also have fun. I have 0 need to abuse my powers.
