  • If yes, explain in detail: I own a discord server made in 2016. I have been Guild Master in WoW and an officer many times. Also have been officer in around 1k pop servers in discord.

1. A player is actively RDMing and disconnects when you attempt to deal with them. What do you do? Try to contact them in discord if they're in there, if I cant, I will probably give a short ban.
2. You receive a report of FearRP/LTAP but both players are arguing and claiming innocence. How do you handle the situation? Ask for more details or evidence. Check logs if possible.
3. A staff member is abusing commands or showing bias. What steps do you take? Contact the higher staff and give them a verbal warning.
4. Multiple active reports are submitted at once. How do you prioritize and manage them? Extreme ones first, for example MRDM vs Common Sense.

Why do you want to become Trial Moderator on our server?
  • (Be detailed. “To help the server” is not enough. Minimum 300 words.)
What does being a staff member mean to you? I want to show some respect and have some respect. I want to help people and try to keep the server up, without cheaters and trollers.
How do you handle toxic or disrespectful players without escalating the situation? Keep it calm and easy. Try to make sense and keep the situation under control.
What qualities make you suitable for a staff position? I'm chill, my age is over +30, I have some experience and yeah. I just want the server to be a good place for everyone and have a nice time with others.

  • Well I am mature chill guy and I legit want to keep playing with good and funny people in the server and meet new people. Like I wrote on the next section, if I get promoted I want that everyone has fun on the server and good time without cheaters and trollers. I will most likely be active pretty much. It would be an honour to be a staff member on this server and help people and other staff members out. The server is new and solid so it would be nice if it stays like everyday +20 servers for a long time!

Please be more descriptive in your answers.
"Try to contact them in discord if they're in there, if I cant, I will probably give a short ban." – This is not how the majority of situations should be handled. Most staff situations should be dealt with in-game, and there should generally be no need to use Discord to resolve them.
"Contact the higher staff and give them a verbal warning." – Instead, you should gather evidence without informing the accused staff member, then submit a report to the Founders or Senior Administrators so they can review and handle the situation appropriately.
"I own a discord server made in 2016. I have been Guild Master in WoW and an officer many times." – This information is not relevant to the application. If you have any previous DarkRP staffing or moderation experience, that would be much more useful to include.
