3. A staff member is abusing commands or showing bias. What steps do you take? Contact the higher staff and give them a verbal warning.

What qualities make you suitable for a staff position? I'm chill, my age is over +30, I have some experience and yeah. I just want the server to be a good place for everyone and have a nice time with others.

• Well I am mature chill guy and I legit want to keep playing with good and funny people in the server and meet new people. Like I wrote on the next section, if I get promoted I want that everyone has fun on the server and good time without cheaters and trollers. I will most likely be active pretty much. It would be an honour to be a staff member on this server and help people and other staff members out. The server is new and solid so it would be nice if it stays like everyday +20 servers for a long time!

"Try to contact them in discord if they're in there, if I cant, I will probably give a short ban." – This is not how the majority of situations should be handled. Most staff situations should be dealt with in-game, and there should generally be no need to use Discord to resolve them.

"Contact the higher staff and give them a verbal warning." – Instead, you should gather evidence without informing the accused staff member, then submit a report to the Founders or Senior Administrators so they can review and handle the situation appropriately.

"I own a discord server made in 2016. I have been Guild Master in WoW and an officer many times." – This information is not relevant to the application. If you have any previous DarkRP staffing or moderation experience, that would be much more useful to include.
