Average daily playtime on server: 5 hours
Weekly availability (days/times): 5-7 days (depending on my schedule)
Do you have a working microphone? (Yes/No): Yes
Staff History:
Previous staff experience (include server names, ranks, and responsibilities):
Have you ever been punished, banned, or blacklisted on any server?
Rule Knowledge & Situations:
Answer clearly and in detail. Short or vague answers may result in denial.
1. A player is actively RDMing and disconnects when you attempt to deal with them. What do you do?
I would gather as much evidence in the logs and clips/screen shots as possible and let a higher member of staff know what has happened so they can issue a ban.
2. You receive a report of FearRP/LTAP but both players are arguing and claiming innocence. How do you handle the situation?
If both parties are arguing and not listening to what ever the staff member is saying then i would mute the second person so the player who made the claim can talk first and gather as much details as possible then move onto the second person while looking at logs and any other evidence that surfaces such as clips or screen shots. If the person making the claim was correct then i would issue a warn or ban depending on the server rules and i would request a higher member of staff to get their take on what the next step of action should be.
3. A staff member is abusing commands or showing bias. What steps do you take?
I would try to gather as much evidence and let someone from management know that someone in the staff team is being biased/abusing their powers.
4. Multiple active reports are submitted at once. How do you prioritize and manage them?
Firstly i would start from the beginning with the oldest report and if I was too late or too long then i would void the report depending on the situation.
Staff Mindset:
Why do you want to become Trial Moderator on our server?
What does being a staff member mean to you?
Becoming staff for me is a fun hobby and means a lot because i have the necessary power to help people and maintain a fair environment for players.
How do you handle toxic or disrespectful players without escalating the situation?
I do not tolerate any form of toxicity and will use the necessary punishments to enforce the server rules.
What qualities make you suitable for a staff position?
reliable, committed, dedicated, lenient, team player, reasonable, works well under pressure and friendly.

- If yes, explain in detail:
I have been staff in many different types of servers such as:
LightRP - Owner (darkrp) I used to own my own server with another co owner and a developer but was taken down last year due to urgent matters.
Genesis - Sadmin (starwarsrp) I would handle severe reports and oversee the staff team and give a brief report on how the lower ranking staff members are doing and give it to the head of staff for the monthly staff meeting so they could decide on promotions or demotions and staff of the month.
Exhibition - Admin (policerp) I was a normal Admin and handled normal reports that moderators couldn't handle such as bans ect.
NRG - Near reality gaming - Smod (darkrp) I would help normal moderators with anything they was unsure about.

- (Be detailed. “To help the server” is not enough. Minimum 300 words.)
Being a staff member is one of my favourite hobbies as I can help people with any questions or concerns they might have and have fun while doing my daily duties of being a staff member in a friendly community. I believe that I would be a great fit to the staff team because I'm active, reasonable, reliable and dedicated to help the community grow into a place where everyone could enjoy having fun.
I can stay calm under intense pressure and always try to handle all situations professionally and fairly and not act on emotion. I will always listen and try to understand both parties and try to gather as much evidence before making any drastic decision. And I understand that being staff is to help the community and not having permissions or authority over anyone and treat everyone fairly as I would like to be treated.
I also have past relevant experience in being staff but I haven't been staff in a Garry's mod server in a while so it would be nice to have a fresh start somewhere and regain the experience of staffing again.
I'm a quick learner and love taking good and bad feed back as it will help me learn and develop new skills as a staff member. I'm also a team player who loves working with a team to make the community a safe environment for anyone who loves to role play and have fun.
Overall I would like to become staff because I genuinely love to help people and want to see the server thrive into a friendly and enjoyable place for anyone who wants to play the server.
